Terms & Conditions of Use and Sales:

Welcome to Islamic Superstore website terms and conditions of use. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website as they apply to all products and transactions on this website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions you may not use or access this website. If you are not clear are have any questions please contact us via e-mail before placing your order.

General:

All content, features, descriptions and prices of products may change at any time. We accept no liability for the accuracy of information contained on the product pages or on the website, which may contain inaccuracies or any other errors. The contents of the web site is copyright to Islamic Superstore and for personal use only and not for any commercial use or re-publication.

We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

Structure of the Contract:

The offer in this sale will be when the customer fills in the order form and submits it to Islamic Superstore

If payment is by credit/debit card, the acceptance shall be when Islamic Superstore charges the customer’s credit/debit card. 

Prices:

Price of the goods are correct at the time of publish and may change any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any error made in the pricing.

Order:

Order may be placed via our web site, e-mail or telephone. Only persons over 18 years of age with a residential address in UK may place an order. We reserve the right to refuse an order without explanation.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to cancel your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  2. We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
  3. The identification of a pricing or product description error

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by our Customer Services team.

Payment:

The prices of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery. The price is subject to change without prior notice. 

The customer will have to fill in a purchase form before any payments can be processed. The total cost of the order is the price of the products and any delivery charges. Credit/debit cards will be charged once the order has been processed and put forward for shipment or delivery.  All card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer do not authorise or refuses payments, we will not be liable for non delivery or delay. We only deliver to the card holders registered address once the payment is cleared.

Your right to cancellation:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a “cooling off “period of seven working days (beginning the day after confirmation of your order ) to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Cancellation request are to be sent in writing via e-mail to admin@islamicsuperstore.co.uk 

Returns:

Products are defined as “returns” only if they meet all of the following conditions if: 

  1. The product is in the original condition as at the time of receiving the item 
  2. The product (if clothing item) must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags are still intact. 
  3. The product (if food item) cannot be returned unless it is still sealed/unopened and returned in its original package/container.
  4. The product is returned to Islamic Superstore
  5. The goods are returned after 14 days of the date of purchase, the customer no longer has the right to a refund or an exchange.
  6. The product is returned in the original packaging. 
  7. The customer will be entitled to a return within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange providing the item(s) are defined as “returns”.
  8. The customer is responsible for any shipping or delivery charges including the initial shipping or delivery cost at the time of the purchase and at the time of returning the item to Islamic Superstore.

Refunds:

In the case of a refund of an item, repayment will be made by Islamic Superstore only if the item(s) meet(s) the requirements for “returns” only then can the customer be entitled to a refund. Any item(s) purchased by credit/debit card will be credited back to the original credit card account.

Where the Distance Selling Regulations described above do not apply, we are entitled to a returns fee of £4.50 per delivery to cover the cost of re stocking and administration.

A full refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned items (excluding the delivery cost and the return fee as describe above).

Possession:

The item(s) becomes the possession of the customer once all required payments have been cleared and paid to Islamic Superstore.

Delivery & Shipment:

Delivery & Shipments will be delivered to the credit/debit card holder’s address or any other specified. If you do not take adequate actions to take delivery of the products then Islamic Superstore will cancel the order and retain the item(s).  In this instance you will be refunded for the item(s) but you will still be liable for any delivery or shipping charges. If there are any problems regarding delivery i.e. change in address etc you must notify us in writing within 10 days of your purchase date. Delivery & Shipments may take up to 14 working days to reach the customer.  Customer is responsible for charges incur due to non delivery or re-delivery of the goods.

Damaged Item(s):

Our items are fully guaranteed. If your merchandise or a box has been missing or badly damaged when it arrives, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Once the items are returned, we will ship the replacement item(s). You are not responsible for shipping charges on the second delivery.
If any damage is discovered after the driver has left, please keep all the packing and call the shipping company to inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping company. Any damage should be reported within 10 days. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new, identical, item, upon return of the defective merchandise. All damage claims past 10 days will be refused.

No claims are accepted if the shipment has been signed for as in good condition.

Conformation of goods

Islamic Superstore will deliver the exact quantity and quality of goods stated at the time of purchase. The customer should check that they have received the correct item(s) and quantity upon arrival. If there is a fault with the delivery the customer should contact Islamic Superstore within 3 days of the delivery date, failing to do so will leave no liability to Islamic Superstore and the customer may not be eligible to a refund, exchange or replacement. If the customer believes the item(s) are faulty and not fully satisfied with the item(s) they may return the items(s) back to Islamic Superstore within 10 days for a replacement or refund. 

Colours:

If there are colour differences between the colours shown in the web site on your computer and the actual products, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.

Raw honey may crystallize over time. Crystallization does not affect the flavour, quality or nutritional content of the honey. Raw honey crystallizes between about 50 and 70 °F (10 and 21 °C). The crystals can be dissolved, simply place the honey jar in warm water and stir until the crystals dissolve.

In the case of Raw Honey: the colour and texture may vary from season to season. It may be runny or set.

Law:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
